Western Illinois University's Office of Public Safety reported two incidents from Oct. 5 to Oct. 7.
On Oct. 5 at 7 p.m., a student reported the theft of a bicycle and bike lock, valued at $90, from the Corbin Hall bike rack. The incident is under investigation.
On Oct. 6 at 12:09 a.m., Kyle Sipe, 26, of 314 S. Madison St., was issued a notice to appear Oct. 21 for a state violation of driving with a suspended license and registration on N. Western Ave.
All are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
