Registration for Spring 2027 classes at Illinois Valley Community College is now open, the college announced.

Current students can view course offerings in the IVCC Self-Service system and build a schedule that fits their academic goals. The college encourages students to register early to secure their preferred classes.

Incoming students should first apply for admission, schedule any necessary placement tests, and make an appointment with a counselor to register.

Scheduling and counseling

The Counseling Center is accepting walk-ins for class scheduling through November 4 on a first-come, first-served basis. After that, current and prospective students can arrange an appointment with a counselor at the Oglesby campus Monday through Friday, or at the Ottawa Center, where a counselor is available by appointment on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Computers are available at both campuses to complete registration online.

Tuition and payment

Tuition is due by Wednesday, December 9. Students can pay in full or arrange a payment plan through IVCC Self-Service at www.ivcc.edu/selfservice, by calling (815) 224-0213, or in person at the Cashier's Office, CTC 101. Check payments can also be dropped off at the Ottawa Center.

Students receiving financial aid must also notify the Cashier to secure their courses by that date.
